Hot stamping is a modern and discreet branding technology. The selected motif, ready for the heated die, is pressed into a towel or bath towel due to the high temperature and pressure. A big advantage is the speed of the whole process.
In the Middle Ages, ornaments were burned into leather or wood using a red-hot nail or metal rod. We replaced the nails with a stamp, thanks to which we can stamped any designs into the towels.
So-called hot stamping has been among the popular branding options in recent years. In essence, it is a print using a heated die, which, due to the pressure and temperature, squeezes your chosen design into the towel.
Technical specifications:
The technology is only suitable for towels and bath towels of the Microtech series. These are quick-drying microfiber products that are very popular among sportsmen and are also ideal for travel. They are light and do not take up as much space as a classic terry towel.
In the case of this branding, you don't have to be too tame. A logo or other motif can have a size of up to 200 x 150 mm. In short and well, your brand will be seen wherever the products appear.
The hot stamping method is an alternative to branding in the form of laser engraving, where a motif is burned into the products with a laser. Find out more here.
