14.04.2021
A technology with the longest history is clearly embroidery. Its roots go back to prehistoric times, but it did not gain much attention until many years later in Egypt and India, where it also performed an aesthetic function.
Do you know,….
embroidery got to Europe in the next few centuries? The oldest preserved monument is a 70 meter long wall carpet from the 11th century located in the French city of Bayeux. The first embroidery machine was invented in France in 1828. Thanks to it, we distinguish between machine and manual embroidery from the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries.
The basis is quality embroidery machines
We divide current embroidery machines into more compact single-head and powerful multi-head. The main advantage of a multi-head embroidery machine is its ability to embroidery one motive more times at the same time.
The leading manufacturer of embroidery machines on the market is the Japanese company Tajima. It invented its first multi-head embroidery machine in 1944 and since then has focused only on the development of embroidery technologies and their improvement. We also use these highest quality multi-head embroidery machines in our workshop. Thanks to them, we can create miniature embroidery from about 5 mm, to more prominent pieces in the size of 45×25 cm. Up to 15 colored threads can be used for one embroidery, thanks to which we are able to make even more complex logos and motives of our customers.
Advantages of embroidery
Even in modern times, embroidery has many advantages that cannot be overlooked. Above all, the embroidery on the product will last a long time. Its lifespan is definitely the highest of all available branding technologies. You can choose its decent and distinctive form, which will attract more attention even while maintaining a luxurious impression of a promotional gift.
The most popular goods on which embroidery can be placed are textile products, especially T-shirts, sweatshirts, hats and bags. Due to its durability, it is also an excellent choice for work clothes or uniforms. Another option is to place embroidery on our terry products: towels, bath towels and bathrobes, which will become a unique promotional gift.
