Embroidery is an elegant and traditional branding technique. Hand and bath towels, bathrobes and other textiles with embroidered patterns make original promotional giveaways for clients, trade partners and employees.
We embroider our textiles using the latest TAJIMA multi-head embroidery machines, the best in machine embroidering technology. Our employees with many years of experience prepare the programs for machine embroidering using special software. Our facility specialises in plastic embroidery and patches fastened using strings.
Technical specifications:
The maximum size of embroidery is 30 x 25 cm (for T-shirts, sweatshirts, polo) and 45 x 25 cm (for terry, blankets or other blanks), allowing for the use of up to 15 colourfast embroidery threads. The final price of the embroidery derives from the number of stitches (the size of the embroidered area) and from the complexity of the pattern (how the feedstock has to be inserted in the machine).
The smallest possible size of the embroidered pattern is determined by the stitch length – when embroidering on terry cotton, this is approximately 5 mm for sans serif fonts. With materials with a finer structure, we can embroider very delicate lines.
The input files we use to create our embroidering programs include vector graphics (.cdr, .eps, .ai = CorelDraw, export e.g. from Adobe Illustrator) and bitmap graphics (.bmp, .jpg, .gif = images with the highest possible definition) and pictures, if agreed.

HANGING LABELS
A label is a very simple and efficient way to brand the completed product with a corporate logo or advertising slogan.
The label can be stitched onto the terry or as a hanging label. Hanging labels are available in printed or inwoven multi-colour designs in various sizes.
Suitable for batches of 100 or more units. Production including confection takes two weeks.
